School Garden Update
This week the children have been watering the raised beds and the pots at the front of the school, which are still looking lovely with daffodils, tulips, pansies and primroses in full bloom.
The radishes, spinach, carrots and leek seeds which we sowed just before Easter are now coming up, even after all that cold weather.
More seeds have been planted this week ready for the summer term including sunflowers, runner beans and courgettes which are all snug in the cold frame to help them germinate.
Our final job was to transplant the raspberry canes into one of the large new beds to give them more space to grow.
