We began looking at poppies in a wreath

A very firm favourite with Miss Lafone.

Famous for flowers, mountains and bones.

An artist who takes the time to see.

Her poppy pictures filled us with glee.

O’Keefe went against the norm.

A pioneer of shape and form.

Inspired by the desert and skulls found there

She battled heat and wind without a care.
