Year 4 & 5 Residential - PGL Marchants Hill

Departure Wednesday 14th May.

• Depart – 10:30am.  All children must arrive at normal time, 8:40am.
• Children will take their belongings to the hall.
• All medicines to be handed to Mrs Baxter (named and labelled with dosage instructions) upon arrival at school. Mrs Baxter will have a table set up outside the school office for this.
• We will be travelling by coach from Brookwood Primary School to Marchants Hill PGL, Hindhead. The children will need to carry a small rucksack with a packed lunch in a throw away bag, a refillable water bottle, sun cream and waterproof coat. Sensible shoes – e.g. trainers must be worn.

Return to School Friday 16th May

• We will leave Marchants Hill at approximately 2pm.
• Return to school will be 3.00 p.m. We will phone school as we depart.
• Children can be collected from the hall at 3.00 p.m.  Any great variation to the time will be phoned to the school and a message sent out via Arbor
