🌙✨ School didn’t quite finish at 3:10 yesterday for Year 3…
Year 3 pupils enjoyed their annual sleepover filled with pizza, popcorn, games, crafty canvas bag designing, football in the hall, late-night chess matches, movies, giggles and lots of fun!
After a night of excitement (and a debatable amount of sleep), a coffee run was needed for the teachers! ☕
A fantastic tradition and a brilliant memory for our Year 3s. 💫

With a guitar in his hand and some puppets in tow,
Sean Perkins put on a wonderful rhyming show.
With songs, doodles and laughter all day,
Pupils — and staff — were giggling away! 🎸📚✨
Yesterday, pupils at Brookwood Primary and Nursery School were lucky to have had a brilliant morning of stories, music, illustrations and fun. Thank you for visiting us! ✨📖

📚✨ Author Visit Today! ✨📚
Today we are delighted to welcome author and illustrator Sean Perkins to our school! Sean, the creator of Oscar and Ben, will be spending the morning sharing his wonderful stories and artwork with our pupils.
Our KS1 and KS2 children will enjoy an exciting and interactive session where Sean will talk about what it’s like to be both an author and an illustrator, and how he brings his characters and stories to life.
Sean will also be reading his book to our Nursery and Reception classes, introducing our youngest learners to the joy of storytelling and illustration.
We are very excited for a morning full of creativity, imagination and inspiration! 🎨📖
